What this site collects.

If you enter an email address in one of the forms on this site, that address is stored, along with which page you submitted it from, which topic tag it belongs to, and the timestamp. That is the entire record.

Aggregate analytics run on every page: page views, referrer, country, and device class. These are collected without cookies and without any identifier that can be traced back to you. Nothing is shared with an advertising network, because there is no advertising network involved.

The interactive tools on this site run entirely in your browser. Whatever you type into a calculator, a checklist, or a configuration box is never transmitted anywhere. There is no server-side copy because there is no transmission.

The email address is used to send the specific document you asked for, and afterwards the occasional note on production AI infrastructure. The legal basis is your consent, given by ticking the box, and you can withdraw it at any time.

The aggregate analytics exist to answer questions like whether a page is being read at all. The basis is legitimate interest, and because no personal identifier is collected, there is nothing about you in the result.

The email service provider that stores the list and sends the messages. Vercel, which hosts the site and provides the cookieless analytics. Nobody else — the list is not shared, sold, rented, swapped, or enriched with third-party data.

Email addresses are kept until you unsubscribe, and deleted within 30 days of that. If a list has heard nothing back from an address in two years, that address gets removed too — an inbox that has ignored two years of email is not consenting to a third.

Aggregate analytics are retained in aggregate form only and contain nothing personal to delete.

Access, correction, deletion, portability, and objection. Every email carries a one-click unsubscribe. For anything else, email the address below and it gets handled within 30 days — usually the same week.

If you are in the EU or UK, you also have the right to complain to your supervisory authority.

This notice covers the website. Data handled during a client engagement is governed by the agreement and any data processing addendum signed for that engagement, which will always be more specific than this page.
